Berdiko is a career management platform for music artists, currently in private build. This website is operated by Berdiko, based in Singapore.

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we collect at this stage. We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other data unless you provide it voluntarily.

We collect your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when Berdiko early access becomes available. We will not use your email for any other purpose without asking you first.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your email address is your explicit consent, which you provide by ticking the checkbox on our waitlist form.

We keep your email address until one of the following happens: Berdiko launches and you have been notified, you request deletion, or we decide not to proceed with the product. We do not retain personal data beyond the purpose for which it was collected.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own use. We may use a third-party email delivery service to send you your invite. These services process your email address on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in Singapore, this policy is compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

This website uses essential cookies — small files stored on your device that are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, keeping you signed in). These do not require your consent under GDPR or Singapore's PDPA.

We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use our public pages (for example, page views and general traffic patterns).
